Transit Time:
Processing Time: 1-2 Days. For our standard items, we typically process orders for shipment within 1-2 business days. If an order is placed on a weekend or holiday, processing will occur on the next consecutive business day. If an item is out of stock, we will inform you of the best available option through email.
Shipping Time: 5-8 Days. During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow for additional transit time for delivery. In the event of a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Lost or Damaged Package Claims
If you have not received your package after the tracking status shows it has been delivered, please contact us within 3 business days. After that, customers need to contact the corresponding logistics company directly to start a claim. We cannot accept claims for lost packages after three days from the delivery date.

15-Day Trial
Your Air Smart Chair trial starts on the day it's delivered to your doorstep and lasts for 15 days.
If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a full refund when you initiate a return within 15 days of delivery. We suggest using the chair for at least 7 days to fully appreciate its unique benefits. Try it today and see why so many people love their Backrobo chair!
Returns
For any reason, you have 15 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your Backrobo chair for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be clean and undamaged.
We will refund the full product price less the value of any discount, interest accrued, and the original shipping charges.

Exchanges
You have 15 calendar days from the date of delivery to exchange your Backrobo chair.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be clean and undamaged.
You are allowed one exchange. Your 15-Day trial will continue from the date the first chair was delivered or 7 days from the delivery of your second chair. (Awesome, right?)

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Cancel Order
Please note that order cancellation is only possible before the product is shipped or produced. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it.
