Backrobo Smart Chair Limited 10-Year Warranty
(Applicable to the current Air Smart Chair C2 model and future updates)
At Backrobo, we are committed to offering our customers products of exceptional quality and longevity. We have unwavering confidence in the durability and performance of our products, hence we provide a comprehensive 10-year limited warranty against defects arising from design flaws.
Coverage
Our 10-year limited warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
*Note: Coverage spans across the entire chair for 1 year, and 3 years for specific lumbar function components.
What's Included
During the warranty period, Backrobo will repair or replace, at no charge, the necessary parts or products proven to be defective due to design flaws. This includes the parts needed for the repair or replacement.
Returns and Exchanges
For non-quality related returns or exchanges, shipping costs will be covered by the customer. We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damages resulting from:
- Misuse, abuse, or improper handling of the product.
- Accidental damage, such as drops, spills, or physical impacts.
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- Normal wear and tear.

If you believe your Backrobo product is experiencing a defect covered by the warranty, please follow these steps:

- Provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt.

Limitations of Liability
Backrobo's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product as outlined above. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
