Shipping Zone:
We ship within the contiguous US and international addresses.
At this time we are unable to ship to P.O boxes, APO/FPO addresses.

* At Backrobo, we utilize UPS or FedEx to conveniently deliver our products right to your doorstep. We kindly ask that you ensure to accurately input your shipping address during the order process.
Transit Time:
Processing Time: 1-2 Days. For our standard items, we typically process orders for shipment within 1-2 business days. If an order is placed on a weekend or holiday, processing will occur on the next consecutive business day. If an item is out of stock, we will inform you of the best available option through email.
Shipping Time: 5-8 Days. During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow for additional transit time for delivery. In the event of a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
At Backrobo, we want to let you know that any customs and taxes associated with your order are solely the customer's responsibility. This includes any fees imposed during or after shipping such as tariffs and taxes.
Change the Delivery Address
We cannot accommodate any address changes once the package has been successfully delivered. Please contact us immediately if you need to make any changes.
Track the Order
Once your order is shipped, we'll send you an email with tracking details so you can keep an eye on your package. You can also check the Order History section of your account for updates on your shipment's progress. Please keep in mind that it may take up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information, but rest assured that your order has already left our warehouse once you receive the email notification.
Lost or Damaged Package Claims
If you have not received your package after the tracking status shows it has been delivered, please contact us within 3 business days. After that, customers need to contact the corresponding logistics company directly to start a claim. We cannot accept claims for lost packages after three days from the delivery date.
