30-Day Trial

Your Air Smart Chair trial starts on the day it's delivered to your doorstep and lasts for 30 days. 

If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a full refund when you initiate a return within 30 days of delivery. We suggest using the chair for at least 7 days to fully appreciate its unique benefits. Try it today and see why so many people love their Backrobo chair!

Returns

For any reason, you have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your Backrobo chair for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be clean and undamaged.

We will refund the full product price less the value of any discount, interest accrued, and the original shipping charges.

Exchanges

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to exchange your Backrobo chair.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be clean and undamaged.

You are allowed one exchange. Your 30-Day trial will continue from the date the first chair was delivered or 7 days from the delivery of your second chair. (Awesome, right?)

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Cancel Order

Please note that order cancellation is only possible before the product is shipped or produced. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it. 

Refund

At Backrobo, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase of the Air Smart Chair and that you'll tell all your friends about us!

We will promptly inform you of the status of your refund as soon as your returned items have been received and confirmed to meet our refund conditions at our warehouse.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Please note that the time it takes for the credit to appear on your account may vary depending on your card issuer's policies. In most cases, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and returned through your original payment channel.
